Type	If-clause	Main clause	Time reference
1	If + Present Simple/Present Continuous/ Present Prefect	will  + V Modal  + V	real future
2	If + Past Simple/Past Continuous	would could    + V might	unreal future or present
3	If + Past Prefect/Past Perfect Continuous	would could    +  have  +  V3 might	unreal past
